三 | 海事部门对线上业务实行“全程网办+帮办导办”模式，通过在线审批、证书邮寄直达即可完成事项办理；对线下业务实行“帮办导办+代收转办”模式，依托“就近受理、异地审核、结果互认、同步发证”办理机制，保证办事群众便捷享受一窗通办、全省协同惠民服务。据了解，第二批全省通办事项落地后，将显著缩短业务整体办理时间，降低航运企业和船舶经营成本，进一步增强省港航企业的市场活力和竞争力。
